I know there are two of different lengths of shafts for the Wico...what is the proper one for stock Robotron???

Also... with the proper stick ,what is the length from the base of the control panel to the bottom of the ball?

I'm rebuilding my multi-williams and I want the height of the sticks correct... If I don't have the right length shafts then I'm going to try and make up for it with joystick mounting technique (if possible)

Thanks

Robotron used a Wico, red ball top, 4" joystick. The standard size Wico red ball top that you will mostly find is 3.5". This measurement is from the base of the ball to the end of the shaft.

4" shaft. Mounted on 3/4" control panel.

If you use 3.5" shafts on a metal control panel, they may be a little taller than stock.

I have mounted 4" shafts on a metal control panel, and they are playable, but definitely not correct.

I have 4" shafts on my restored Robotron machine.

Cool... so 4" shaft...

The distance I'm looking for is from the base of the ball to the control panel as installed.

Thanks!

I just measured my joystick. 1" from the top of the CP to the bottom of the ball.
