Just sharing some recent updates.

I had picked up a Bad Dudes last fall and did some work to repair and clean up the cabinet. I applied nos Data East side art that I got from jdubb350 to it. Last October, I got a Robocop 2 kit from zfcamaro and recently decided to convert my Bad Dudes with it. I've always been a Robocop fan and figured it would look good next to my Robocop 1 cabinet.

I had to scan the marquee that came with the kit and make some modifications to it, so that it would fit properly on a rounded Data East marquee. Then I had Scott at mamemarquees print it out and put it on a spare Robo marquee that I got from Orion3311

Very nice pair of games there. I used to play the hell out of Robocop at the Time Out in our mall. Good job on both of them!

Thanks! I used to play the heck out of Robocop in the Space Port at the local mall. Takes me back every time I fire up the machine. :)

Best looking custom games in history. Damn you do nice work. I wish I had the time, ballz and coin to develop custom side art and actually have it printed out. That Star Trek cab still gets me every time. The Robocop would be a welcome addition to my collection as well. Nice work MMMMMMBop.

Wouldn't that be sweet? Well, I do have all the parts to build a dedicated E-Swat Cyberpolice. Pretty much the same game.

Yeah, but having a Robocop movie themed game would go better since you have a home theater set-up. That way, not only can your guests watch the movie, they can then play the actual game!!!! woo hoo!!! ;) :D

That's exactly why I offered you the kit, because I knew something like this would turn out. Thanks for not letting me down :) I absolutely love that Robocop...One of these days I'm going to have you build one like that for me....Again, job well done.

Yes, thank you for the nice kit. :)
I wasn't able to use the actual marquee overlay that came with it, due to the size, but I was able to scan it and resize it so that it would fit on the rounded marquee. I think it all came together pretty well in the end.

I've been getting a weird issue with the pcb board, though. When I turn the machine on it hangs on the initial 'boot' screen and won't go into attract mode.
Once I coin up everything is fine and the game plays well. Any idea what could be causing it to hang when the game is powered up initially?
