Recently picked up a beautiful shape Road Show pinball. Love the game, hilliarous and fun!

The only down thing with it is that it didnt come with the electronics to make the coin mech work. I see a ribbon cable that plugs into something but there's nothing there to plug it into. Anyone have one?

Also looking for a new apron for it, the one on it is flaking. The rest of the machine is in fantastic shape!

Not much you can do. That is a reimport and the coin mech was an electronic mech. Which even if you had it, I doubt there would be any way to program it to recognize quarters.

With a manual you can figure the switch wiring from the coin door interface board to the coin switches, but since your door doesn't have those either, not much you can do.

Get a new door from Pinballlife.com, with the harness it's four bolts plug and play.

Or find a good used American door.
LTG :)

Yeh that's a re-import machine. It would have had an electronic multi-denomination coin mech ("comparator" ) installed. Probably had some sort of Mars brand comparator.

Thanks for the info, I figured a US coin door would be the way to go. I'll have to keep an eye out at the pinball at the Zoo coming up in April and see if there's one there.
