I started a thread a while back because I was curious about the value of some of uber rare stuff. I got some grief from the laser guys but I don't collector laser games so who cares. Since then at least 3 on the list have quietly changed hands between collectors (that I know of).

Yesterday I was contacted about several uber rare pieces that may hit the market. Thought it was time to revisit my price list. I tweaked my numbers based on previous input and known sale prices. I also added a couple more. I'd like some more input. What do you think?

Star Wars Cockpit $2500
Major Havoc Dedicated $4000
Wooden Blaster $5000
Zektor $3000
Demon $5000
Eliminator 4P $4500
Boxing Bugs $2000
Cosmic Chasm $3000
Varkon $4000
Aztarac $4000
Quantum $1800
War of the Worlds $2000 Color $3000
Warrior $2000
Barrier $2500
Sundance $2500
EDOT $2500
Pong $1500
Computer Space $2000 2p $2500

Star Wars cockpit....with a 25" monitor?

...And I have no idea...but do Barrier and Sundance bring that kind of dollars? More than Warrior?

EDOT $2500
Pong $1500
Computer Space $2000 2p $2500

Most of the above don't get bought/sold enough to establish a good "average price". A lot of it will obviously be the right buyer and seller at the right time.

Compared to the list in general, the prices for games related to each other, whether they are all high or all low, is reasonably in line with each other. My comments on a few (all compared to the other prices):

Warrior looks little low
Barrier looks little high
Sundance looks little low
Pong looks very high

Of all, I think Pong is the most out of line. As much of a history that it has, I don't recall it ever commanding that kind of price.

How is that price on Edot??? IF there was one in my area with that price tag; I'd snag her up...Depending on condition of course...

EDOT $2500
Pong $1500
Computer Space $2000 2p $2500

EDOT: I don't remember seeing one go for this much, at least not in awhile. I always thought the size of the piece held back the value a little.

Pong: Which Pong? I don't ever remember one selling for this high. There's a standard yellow Atari unit on eBay right now which probably won't sell for $400...

Computer Space: There's more variations than just 1p or 2p here. I've seen them sell for half of this.

I wonder how much a Marble Madness II would sell for if one of the only two in existance ever went up for sale? Same goes for Teeter Torture, for which there's only one.

I think the EDOT price is a little low, by about 500.00 its more like 3000.00 when the new movie comes out who knows what prices will do. Is Inferno on the list? 5000.00 if its not.

What about "Pong in a Barrel"?

wow. This is why it's tough to respond to threads titled, "What's my _________ worth?"

Everything is so subjective due to region, condition, and whether or not you happen to know of old warehouse raid prices.
