Retro Chip Tester Pro purchased built from a guy on the auction site that does these. Works perfectly.

Includes power adapter, programming kit to upgrade the firmware, hardcopy of the manual, Texas Instruments TTL Data Book, and an adapter board (unpopulated) that would allow you to program Atari Asteroids EPROMS and others.
I have not used the firmware adapter so this board is still at the firmware that it came with a year ago. I know there is an update available.
