What would be the best way to go about restoring the machine? Should I just use paint tape to cover up certain spots and use a small brush? The machine isn't to bad just needs to refill the color. Any tips or best practice would be great!
Thanks,
Kane

That one is really in pretty good shape compared to most. Unless you're going to restencil the whole thing, I'd just leave it.

If you're a novice, this may not be one to practice on. Whether you're re-stenciling or touching up, the Ms Pac art is quite complex.

Dude! Im with Ghostnuke, that Ms Pac looks terrific. That wear isnt too bad. Get some pink T mold or whatever and it will jump out at ya.

I'd leave the way it is, it looks like someone already taped off around the coin door and painted it blue

Get yourself a pissed off, pregnant wife who needs to blow off some steam and has a lot of time on her hands. Worked pretty well for me. She painted both sides by hand, one color at a time. The front is still original. She used acrylic that she matched herself. I laid the thing down on the sides for her but she did all the actual painting herself. Took about 5 days but the sides aren't faded anymore and it had a theraputic effect on both her and the game :)
