Restoring a Marvel vs Street Fighter Cabinet (Need some Help)

Alright guys,

I am VERY new to this. This is my first arcade machine. I got it off craigslist for $200 and you can tell it needs some work. I have the marquee, but no side art or art for the controls.

So far I have gone to town on this thing with Clorox wipes and got a TON of dirt off. This thing was seriously neglected. Also cleaned out the inside.

Windexed the glass panel (front and back) and the CRT monitor. I guess my questions are:
1. Where can I find side art
2. Any tips on getting scratches off a monitor screen (they are on the tub, see pics)
3. If I can't get the scratches off, what am I looking at money wise to replace the monitor?
4. What else should I be doing to restore this. I guess what would you do?

Here are some pics:

Thanks!

What do you want to restore? This looks like a conversion kit. The cabinet looks to be a Williams cab, maybe Stargate, Joust, etc. Let us know and we can let you know what we would do. You might be able to find more info inside regarding the original game. More pics might also help.

Yeah, that is the wrong cab to house any SF kit. The ideal cab of choice would be a Dynamo HS-5 with the 25" monitor like this one pictured on KLOV: http://klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=10497

As far as artwork, I'm not even sure if there was original side art or a CPO for it. I know there was an original bezel for it (http://klov.com/game_detail.php?game_id=8635). I assume it was just the board, bezel, marquee and the diamond plate generic Capcom CPO. Not 100% sure though

I think the ideal cab would be a capcom big blue. Dynamo would be my second choice. I have a dynamo cab and would gladly trade for a big blue.

Totally forgot about the big blues. Not my preference as it's just too big and the CP seems ridiculously large for just two sets of controls. But everyone has their preference. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more marvel vs. sf, mvc, etc. in big blue cabs than hs-1-5 cabs.
