That is the question.

I want to fix the "wet" part on the bottom. Will Bondo work. If so, Where do I get it? Thanks for all the help. I will be uploading this through out the Restore process.

Well, looks like the bottom panel also get wet and swelled to probably an inch thick. Particleboard or OSB?

I'm almost 100% sure it was a Pit-fighter. I do need some bondo. Can anybody point me the direction to find some.

Your local Wal-Mart or auto parts store will definitely have bondo in stock. It comes in a can about the size of a quart of paint and, at least in my area, costs around $10. One can should be plenty for even the most rough looking restoration jobs. :)

After looking at your pics some more, you might want to just get two pieces of 4'x8' MDF and rebuild it from scratch. Your current cab looks a bit too far gone for saving, but could be used to make a pattern and piece the newly built cab back together.

THanks for all the input. I think Philt80 is right. May have to cut and paste. Lol. I'm going to make it look like a Sega Impress.

Yeah, not only are the sides bad, but the bottom is all warped. Take a jigsaw or sawzall to the bottom foot. There are many threads out there showing how to do it, including my Tron restore and Cadillacman's Tron restore.

+1 to this, or just cut off the bottom 1/2 of the sides, and clone those sections as well as a new front panel completely and lower rear panel w/ backdoor. someone did this before, tho i'm not sure if they went up as far as you'll have to go.

even if that was a marble madness 2, its not worth saving. Find another cab..

If you do crush it, save the monitor mounting frame. If you happen to find klax or badlands cab, you can pull out the 19" wood mount and drop in the 25" metal mount..

I bought Bondo at Home Depot. But I agree, you should remove the bottom foot or so of that cab and replacing it with new wood.

Get yourself a decent wood router and use the old cab as a template, it'll ultimately be a lot less effort and will be minty when done.
