Alright here is the deal I picked up a Neo Geo MVS-2-25 and it needs a lot more work than I was prepared to do, but it is what it is. SO for the best results I come to you guys for help!

I already replaced all the back partical boards, which where in terrible conditions, next in the sides and the first questions I have.

From research the sides are vinyle or something like that and most people say to rip it off and paint then apply decals! Is this the best option?

How to take the vinyle off?
What paint should I use?
Prime it?
Sand it?
any other tips?
T-molding size?
Best place to purchase said tmolding? Link?

I will leave it at that for now and hope the experts will chime in.

it's weird you just posted that, I just did research on that very idea and decided that was the way to go. your cab looks awesome!! Where did you get the laminiate and how much did it run you? Also do you have any spefications on it? How much you bought? Thickness? Color? Etc... Thanks

NVM I see it on neogeo.com. new question, you said to get 3 4x8 sheets. Why 3? 1 for each side I get, what is the third for? the front? If so could't you go with a much smaller cut?

You should be able to get it at Lowe's or home depot as for how much I used or what it cost I do not remember I will look for the color when I get home but I think I posted it in there if you read through it you should find it and thank you I am still very happy with it

Spray paint it was gloss black I think had a wierd nozzle on it and said universal on it I think it was the only one that said it was good for wood on it and I don't really remember how I peeled the vinyl off but I know it was not fun at all so good luck
