What can you do when there is no sideart available? Game was not working, but that ended up being a fuse to the monitor!!! Easy enough. I painted bottom areas metallic black, trim pieces laquer black, and upper sides and front in metallic silver. I added furniture tacks, initially to simulate rivets, but ended up leaving them black instead of painting them silver cause it looks cool. Ended up hand painting F14s on the sides, with Afterburner and Sega decals i had made. New blue T molding, and a bunch of new screws. I sanded and polished the metalwork, rebuilt the throttle, and fixed the non working coindoor lights.
Ended up looking pretty good, but i still wish for factory sideart.
The main thing is it plays perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks really nice, I think if you could trace the lettering that you painted in white to match the original lettering on the front it would be a nice addition.

Sweet sides & good work, The blue molding is a nice touch. I'd pick that piece anyday over the original.

Thanks! I think the sides look better in the pics then in person though. The rest of the cabinet looks great, im just not 100% thrilled with the side art.
Its probably for sale if your interested

Hey, Thanks, but no thanks. I think you and I live quite the miles apart. ..Then again that doesn't keep any of us from KLOV from sharing ideas and info. :)
