Rest in Peace, SuperGunGuru

RIP
Im a newbie here but was one of the first contacts on here and advice given.
May you be in a peaceful and better place

I noticed the same for myself as well :(

Had he been fighting for a while? I'm not trying to be too personal, but dang him and others from here have just gone way too young, in my opinion:(
This was his second bout with it. He was in remission for like 12 years. He fought for 16 months after his second diagnosis.

Very heavy news. Reading this really hit hard and put into perspective how precious our time on this Earth really is.

RIP SuperGunGuru. Thank you for everything you contributed to this community.

The way that Bill was trying to get games and parts moved out so his family wouldn't have to mess with them after he was gone spoke volumes about the type of the type of person he was.
And all while fighting to the end.

I hope everyone who got one of his games considers putting some kind of tribute to him on them.

Just brutally unfair and sad, man. My gawd...seriously gut-wrenching. Really appreciate you sharing that, Charlie, and all that you and the crew have done to share the news and help him and his family out. Much love to you all.

Being relatively new I didn't get a chance to have any interaction with him but from the love he is getting here I wished I would have got to know him.
20 years here on Klov, we lost a damn good dude. My heart goes out to his wife and kids. RIP SuperGunGuru.

Bill and I were friends back in the day when I was at Michigan State. We attended arcade auctions together, and even the infamous Kalamazoo warehouse raid, the one with the rotting machines and falling apart stairs. http://www.bitburn.com/kzoo_raid_index/kzooraid.html I was the crazy guy who brought his mom to the warehouse.

I hadn't talked to Bill in over a decade, we grew apart after I had to break from the hobby, and the distance as well. It's tragic to hear of his passing.

RIP SGG, another arcade brother lost. May he be playing all his favorite games in the afterlife.
Thanks for sharing the unfortunate news.

Damn. R.I.P arcade brother.

I bought three of his games. As soon as I am able i am building an outbuilding/arcade and dedicating it in his memory. I really miss him. 💔

R.I.P. Super Bill-sounds like a great dude, father and hobby friend. Somehow our paths never crossed.
Far too young. I feel like we see this way to often in our hobby.
