Ok, here's what I want to do.

I put a reset switch behind the coin insert on a Coin Control door. Actually, in 2 games. First being Crossbow (for the Exidy 440) and the second being Star Wars (Spaeth's kit).

Games are run on tokens.

I know that these buttons are there, and keep the integrity of the cabinet, so I don't drill holes in them.

These are already run and set, work great.

Now, what I want to do is make a sticker that goes over the red plastic coin chute so noone will try to drop a token down the "nonworking" slot.

Anyone have skills in making an exact fit sticker (Photoshop, perhaps?) to go over the red plastic?

Something basic that just states RESET or SWITCH GAMES.

Cool fonts for either or both would be cool.

What can you come up with? :)

Spaeths SW kit does not need a reset. As a matter of fact, if you reset it, it will go back to Star Wars. It just needs a momentary button push while the game is powered.

Hence the RESET or SWITCH GAME. ;)

SW/ESB's momentary switch (also used for the Exidy 440 for a "pause" button) switches between both games.

I did state, be creative....you can even do that with the wording if you so choose. You're a peach. :D

If you're talking about the red coin rejects that say "25c" or whatever on it, can you not just pop out the "25c" part and stick in something else? I'm not sure on the Exidy's, but I know some are changeable...

Yes, you are correct.

I just wanted to see if someone could make a sticker to put over the entire coin chute so noone will drop a coin in. (there are no mechs on the side where the button now is)

Well, a sticker would keep you from pushing it in if it cover the ENTIRE coin slot. Why not just put a piece of clear tape over the slot? It'll look original still and no one will be able to drop a token in...

you could mount a "cherry type" microswitch(like from a happ type pushbutton or joystick) to the side of the coin mechs... in a fashion that when you press the coin reject button the moving part of the coin mech would hit said button and voila!!
