Required for any TRUE game room...

This pops up on here once in a while and we always have to discuss the photo. So I'll start. What the heck is up with that photo? Why would they put it on the bush like that?

" please install at your own risk". Quote from the description...

Not sure about the US, but here you're not allowed to instal anything that is not approved according to certain Dutch and/or European standards. This is to keep electrical installations safe. Of course there is no "police" checking for this but if your house burns down and they find irregular stuff you can bet your insurance is not going to pay AND you can be hold liable.

Don't you guys have something similar ? Wouldn't it require an approval ?

Like UL or FCC or something ?

I thought it was going to be a pool table, jukebox or phone booth. Maybe blacklight reactive carpet.

Build your own using a single part available locally for about $10.00, or even less online. (You still need a wall plate, arcade switches and wall box.)

Easy to build and safe for use, see here.

How else would you push a womans buttons? Sheesh...

Don't you guys even know what kind of bush that is?

Its a wild current bush.......That's where the power for the switch comes from. ;)

Streetzking: The one I have working right now is not UL listed, and is too 'deep' for a normal mudbox. :( I need to get this into the hands of a company like Leviton or something, that could mass-produce, get UL listing, etc. I want a cut for the original idea, though. :D

This is awesome. I know tons of us would buy them, so hopefully you can get this off the ground quickly, or at least share us the design :)

It would be awesome to change the coin reject text to "Push to Light"

granted you would need a big hole in the wall but a single coin mech, in the style of jawhns with the return where putting in a quarter turned it on would be amazing... if it could re route itself to the coin return and hit the switch LOL
