I have gotten fed up with the crappy bases that these cabinets came with. Having a commercial woodworking shop I thought I would whip out a few and try them out.
I kept the overall same width, depth and height but constructed these of denser grade three quarter inch thick plywood, glued and stapled. And installed a vertical wood two by two in each corner,( glued and stapled ).
Each two by two is pre drilled in the bottom and a three eights inch t-nut is installed to allow for leveling casters if desired.
The base is mounted to the cabinet by a one and one half inch wide by three quarter inch thick plywood cleat that is mounted inside the top edge of all four sides of the base.
The cleat is pre drilled to allow for three screws to be installed on each side.
And of course the cleats are glued and stapled.

All staple heads are filled and the entire base is sanded.

These should run $25.00 ea. + shipping
If you want it primed and two coats of paint applied add $14.00

Let me know if there is any interest in these..........

If so, you'll need to keep and paint the original black factory L-brackets that go on the outside of the base corners. I doubt he'll be including those.
