**NOTE** If you guys need different or more pics, I'll post them as needed...just let me know. :)

I'd break out the cabinet wiring schematic in the manual and chase colors. tho the label on the old power supply might say what each color is, your going to want to re use a bunch of those old connectors and wiring (so save as much as you can).

I'll have to bring out the laptop then, I don't have the manual for it. The big reason for this post is....well to be totally honest, I don't have a clue (as they say) when it comes to wiring. Lol

laptop works (i've used my iphone to take pictures of wiring diagrams (off the PC) to take to the garage before). Your power pro is a screw type one right (not the ATX PC power supply style like your original) yes? if so you'll definitely need the manual.

only way you learn is by doing :D

Yes I believe it is...

yes sir it is. there's a chance someone else has done the same swap in their cabinet but it might be quicker and easier just to go the manual route. Zeno probably knows, he has a mk4 iirc (i've never owned one, don't plan on it)

I did consult with him, he told me to ring out the wires from the Happ supply and splice them into the corresponding Jamma harness wires....but there aren't any wires to the Happ supply. As you can see from my photo. Didn't want to bother him anymore about it, he's already doing the service menu and remote delete mod for my switcher. I know he's a busy guy.

Hopefully this helps you, being that I'm repairing a MK 3 right now myself.
Red - 5VDC
Black - Ground
Green or Yellow - -5VDC
White or Orange - +12VC

The Blue and Browns wires connectiong to the Blue and White wires on the front look to be your 110 power to the power supply, but I'm not sure why there are 4 wires.

I would volt meter the wires to be 100% sure but that is what colors I'm dealing with using my MK 3 Ultimate.

Now I just need to know all the wires that are supposed to go to the Happ supply and where....sorry if I'm making things difficult, I just want to be 110% sure I do it right.

This one is almost plug-n-play....

Bob Roberts:
20 Amp Switching Power Supply $30.00

Other than that, tracing the pinout on the board to the connector is the only 110% way to do it... All of the voltages on the supply are marked. The AC input power is the black cord going into the old PS then to a molex connector.

Personally I would get the 20A one, (but still double check the connections)...

MK4 Manual has the piniout and wire colors:
