Hi,

I'm replacing the speakers in my dedicated MK2 cab. The main speaker is a 4 ohm, 25 watt, part # 5555-12929-00, which Happ carries.

The other speaker is called a tweeter speaker, 4 ohm, 15 watt, part # 5555-12924-00.
Happ does not carry this one. I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can pick up one of these tweeter speakers or a substitute that would work?

they should be the same. the 25 watt is the correct one. MIGHT have something to do with your problem. replace them both. :)

I took a look at them. The tweeter speaker is about 1/5 the size. The part numbers are from the manual.

I wonder if I could just use 2 of the large speakers...

The large speaker doesn't sound that much different when the tweeter speaker is unplugged.

Oh, yeah, the ohm readings. They read at 12 ohms but then have increased to about 15 ohms after it's been on a few minutes.

you could just run 1 speaker temporarily. the game outputs mono anyway. I just wonder if the different wattages are affecting the amplifier at all.
