I see some on greed bay for some games I have.
1. Does it kill value of the game
2. Do they actually fit.
3. Do you put them on top or remove the insert
4. Do they last or wear awAY
5 Any input would be Appriciated
Thanks, Butthead

It depends on the person whether or not it kills the value. What really kills the value for me is that the inserts were worn off to begin with.

I have used them in the past and they fit fine on a DINER that I had owned.

You put them on top of the existing insert, they will wear away if you use Novus #2 or similar product the clean the playfield. Wax sometimes will take the ink off as well. A proper fix would be to use insert decals to replace the missing text, then clearcoat the playfield to seal in the insert decal. Clearcoating is typically done by professionals.

As you will probably see in upcoming posts Jeff @ Classic Aracade's decals quality vary. The ones he sells on eBay are INK UP meaning there is no protection. They are meant to be used on playfields that will be clearcosted.

If you send him a question through eBay and ask that he print you a set of mylared decals he will put some mylar on the top and plotter cut the decals (w/ mylar) for a little more $$.
