Replacement for Missing L503 on Sega/Nanao MC-2000

I'm restoring a Sega Turbo, and my Nanao MC-2000 monitoring is completely missing the L503. The manual only shows it as "L-Linear LH13P04A (WLH-28A) 4F16076AA" in the parts list.Does anyone have any specs or replacement suggestions? I can't find any info based on those part #s.

Im in the same boat with a hang on monitor except mine is toasted. If anyone has an answer on this please let me know.
