OK I just picked up a super nice RFM and the legs crinkled the original artwork as always on the sides. Had anyone a good technique to cut out the damage and repair so it looks good. Side decals are nice with only damage in the black. I was thinking of double cutting some black vinyl and then applying it with a bit of either air brush or careful touch up to hide the cut line. Its hard to spend $300 for new sideart for type of problem. Other than that new red t-moulding on the top is required.

I bought the game from Fun Billards Superstore in Texas and Steve and Ruth made the transaction very smooth. They even installed a brand new CRT monitor in at their expense instead of capping the old one. Shipping was taken care on their end and they properly prepped the game on a pallet with steel banding so it arrived nice and safe.

If the damage is limited to the area around the edges of the legs you could consider buying pincab protectors. The protectors are heavy plastic corner pieces that fit between the legs and cabinet. The plastic extends past the edge of the legs about 3/8" and can help cover up minor decal damage. They come in a bunch of colors and should cost ~$15-20 for a set.

Nice game, enjoy it!

I am playing the crap out of it and I do prefer a working RFM over AFM. It just has a lot going for it. I can't say the same for SWE1 which is just ok. Once the mods are done I will be very happy. Its not too often you play a pin until your fingers hurt.
