Star Castle Monitor

Problem #1: Eye-Piercing SUPER bright dot in the middle of the screen that has almost burned it's way through the glass tube (LOL). Dots appearing on beginning and end of vector lines being drawn. And retrace lines. Brightness pot does pretty much nothing.

Star Castle Monitor Flash 1.jpgStar Castle Monitor Issues.jpgInitial Diagnosis: I did rebuild almost the entire power supply. I did recap the monitor board, minus the axial caps, and the ceramic discs. All tantalums replaced, however I did not touch the HV module. Brightness pot tests fine, but once again does not lower the brightness of the image at all. When removing the IC sockets for the DAC80s, one of the sockets had pins 3,4 and 6,7 fall out of the socket.
It seems like there are two issues, at least. The dots at the beginning and ending of the vector lines, and cannot lower the brightness to remove the retrace lines, and possible the white dot in the middle of the screen. However, seems like the spot killer circuitry is also not working.

I can swear I have seen another B&W vector, somewhere, with the same issue of the dots at the beginning and end of the vector lines, but for the life of me can't recall where that was.
This is my personal monitor. I've never worked on Cinematronics Vectors before, so this is a first. I thought I would take a crack at it as I've repaired 4-5 Asteroids Vectors successfully. This one seems a little more difficult. I have some LF13331s and DAC80s on order. Anyone that has any ideas or suggestions are welcome, as I wait for parts to arrive.
