OK, I'm stumped.

How do you remove the Control Panel from a Crossbow?

I do not see (fell) any clamps on the inside.

Trying to find a schematic on how to take it apart to apply a new overlay and take apart the crossbow to clean/powdercoat.

Any and all help appreciated!

They don't come off :)

The control panel that is....it is stapled and glued on the cabinet.

So, it won't come off to take off the crossbow and install a new overlay?

That's just stupid! First one of these I've seen though.

I am going crazy trying to figure out a way. Thanks for the reply.

I am working on a cheyenne right now and have a crackshot right beside it and neither one has a removable CP.

I just checked because I am about to order new CPO's from MameMarquees. As a mater of fact the Cheyenne has staples on the bottom edge to keep the CPO from coming up.

Then how are you supposed to get the gun or crossbow off to replace CPO?

This has to be the most stupid design ever. :)

You can go thru the coin door with a 7/16 socket and take out the four bolts holding the gun assembly to the CP. Don't forget to disconnect the wiring ( its a single plug)

OK, you can remove the mirror and get to the bolts to remove the gun also. (but it is a stretch to reach across the monitor)
