They are not messing around when they say you can see a huge difference. I followed the instructions in the book. And I knew there was a difference when I first turned the game back on, and the adjustments were all off. But after adjusting it, the picture quality is amazing. I did get the sinking feeling that I destroyed the tube when I saw it all messed up at first. But then it all came together.......

Yup, bought one off ebay. It came with the manual, and the tube settings guide.

I just followed the manual and it worked just fine. You get a light show in the neck
of the tube, but its all good.

Do some searching in the forums, tons of info on them and you can find them for a lot less than that - the B&K 470 is a popular one.

It is always good to hear when someone performs an effective repair.

As for buying one... I use a B&K 470. It is a good model but it can only monitor one color gun at a time. The 467 allows you to monitor all three color guns at once. I don't have any experience with the other manufacturers but the B&K has a ton of supporting data online. I know many of the active tech support guys on these forums use B&K models as well; and free manuals are always worth a little something to me.

wow $10 sure beats $500 ! Why the hell is that one so expensive ?

You have any pics of the monitor after you Rejuvenated it ?

That Sencore is the Cadillac of all rejuvenators. I have one. I wouldn't pay that much for one though. Seems to me there is a CR-7000 for around $250 available right now on the bay.

wow you stole that lol.. when i was hunting for mine my rule of thumb was under $100 with cr23= good..

i think mine(a bk 467) came form a fellow klover for $75 shipped.. ITS WORTH THE INVESTMENT

if anything its a good tool to have just to test tubes as sometimes you dont know if you have a chassis issue or tube issue...

ask frizzy about rejuves... he saved a "unreplaceble" 25" vector tube for his starwars... i think that sold him on getting one heh...
