Refurbished Stargate/Moon Patrol/Defender joystick w Zeroplay kit - $75 shipped

I have another refurbished Williams 2-way stick available, with ZeroPlay kit installed. This is the stick used for Defender, Stargate, Moon Patrol, and other games.

This stick has an original base, but has been completely rebuilt, with a NOS shaft, and a Zeroplay bearing kit, from jimmer (jbgaming.co.uk)

If you are unfamiliar with the Zeroplay kit, it's the ultimate upgrade for a Defender stick, and is used by most of the world-class Defender players. It replaces the original axle mechanism with a new machined stainless steel axle, sealed bearings, and shim washers, so you can eliminate all excess up/down and left-right play. See here for info:

Details:

- Original base and leaf switches.
- NOS shaft.
- New repro leaf centering springs from Mylstar.
- New fishpaper inserts (thin cardboard pieces between the centering springs and the switches).
- New nuts + bolts on the leaf switches.

This stick has ZERO slop, tight springs, and is smooth as butter. If you've never tried one, you'll be impressed.

$75 shipped in the US. Int'l shipping extra.

All your sticks are beautiful. :D I wish I had a game to match them up with! Shouldn't be a problem selling this one either.

Haha, thanks. I do put a lot of work into each one, and try to make each one as nice as possible, both appearance-wise, as well as feel. But I love the way they turn out (especially considering what most of them look like beforehand).

I believe it! I read that long post you made describing one part of the cleaning process. Very cool man. It's people like you that keep this hobby alive. Nothing beats the original goods!

And as predicted, sold quick! :D Congrats!
