I need the measurement of available space that the instruction sheet fits into.

To clarify, what is the largest piece of paper you can fit under the plastic without the paper getting covered by the bolts? (to the nearest 1/32 inch) Width and Height

Edit: I just noticed, in the provided example, the square sheet has some beveled/rounded corners which allow the sheet to be even larger. So I guess what I really need is measurements that account for rounded corners. Sigh.

6 and 1/16th inches square fits inside the bolt holes. Exactly 6" square fits inside Nintendo bolt heads... Barely.

Typo on "inside" ? Did you mean:

[6 -1/16"] to the middle of the bolt holes. Paper is covered by bolt heads?
[6" ] inside the bolt heads. Paper is NOT covered by bolt heads?

Ok, cool so it's a true square shape. Was not sure.

I assume the [6 -1/8"] is not covered by the bolt head correct?
