This may belong in the monitor forum...but thought i'd start here.
Finally added a power transformer to my dead Red Tent last night and a fuse to the power supply box. When I turned it on the monitor turned on, speaker popped, then the monitor immediately turned off.
I checked the voltage at the transformer (slightly over 100v at the monitor outlet) and at the power supply. The +5, +12 and +24 are present and accounted for.
Now the question...
If the monitor shuts down, will it also take down the sound amp?
Trying to tell if the game board is at least working and I currently don't have another Nintendo cab to test it with.
