Tim!!

I thought you were going to restore this!?! I wanted to see it finished and playing!

Anyone on Tim's trip in need a OR upright!? I gave up on mine, got 2 cabs in decent shape just missing the game board.

Wow!

Man...I haven't seen one of those machines in a LOOOONNNGGG time!

The last one I saw had the back sawed off it...lol

Yours in nice. Wish I lived by ya, I would probably take it!

True

This cabinet is on wheels and very easy to move, even up and down stairs. It's not terribly heavy, so easy to load in a truck.

This is a personal favorite of mine. Hard to fine a cockpit version, too. I wish someone repro'd the side art. Mine is boogered up.

Here's an Evening Bump for ya!

I sure would like this gone, so $300 delivered to my normal driving routes or to the Indianapolis area November 8th.

My normal driving routes are around the Lansing, Michigan area...give or take 50 or so miles in any direction.

$300 for a Red Baron cockpit, that's a screamin' deal for sure!!!!

Nobody wants this thing for $300? Is it that much of a piece of crap game?

-Tim

problem is the game is not complete. The boardsets are very hard to come by and then most of the time the boardsets don't work. The truth is a working boardset alone is worth $300.

I love my cockpit and would have bought yours in a second, but I really don't have much use for two!

So, what I'm reading here is that I should part it out and make it a multigame? lol

Everything works except that one board is missing. I believe I was told that the monitor was capped and gone over right before I took ownership of it.

Maybe the problem is that it's not complete and working-all-the-way.
You know, maybe you are right!

I understand that only 500 of these are made and that they are a sought after game in this configuration but I guess I'm wrong.

How much is this thing worth then?

Yes it is rare and sought after, but not by many people (due to its size). I have always valued games at 1/2 price when not working, even less when not complete. Red baron cockpit working all the way is worth 500-600 (I paid 600 for mine a year or two ago). So you are close on your price. Problem is, even though you state that the board and monitor in the game are working, without the last board its hard to know that to be true. I have also not had much luck selling in these forums, you would be best to throw it on ebay if you want to move it quick. I do think your price is right, you just need to sell it where more people will see it.
