Red Baron cabinet "restoration" question. Opinions needed.

I decided to swap the RB over to the donner cab...now I need to find some RB sideart!

So, I picked up a complete, but dead (for now) upright Red Baron awhile back. The current cab has some issues. The pictures that you see below make it look nicer than it actually is. The left side is solid with no damage, but the side art is torn real bad and you can see the Battlezone artwork underneath. The left side has very nice complete Red Baron artwork, but it is real swelled up bad. I picked up an empty open-face Battlezone awhile back (I am actually picking it up in a few days) that is supposed to be solid with good artwork. I am thinking of swapping all the Red Baron parts and pieces over to the better Battlezone cab. The downside is no Red Baron side art. I am thinking of going this route in the hopes that some Red Baron side art will be reproduced down the road.

What would you do? Keep it as is or swap the cabs?

Congrads on the pick up. I love my red baron. If it were mine I would try to fix the original cabinet. If its too bad I would move it to a nicer cabinet.
Its the same cab as battlezone. I heard some of the red barons came out of the factory with battlezone sideart covered with red baron sideart.

There isnt reproduction side art for red baron yet.

I bought a red baron kit to convert a second BZ I have, not quite done yet so I look forward to watching your progress. How is you monitor put in place? Sitting on something? I would try to save the RB cab as djw90 said. Good luck
