I was at TG Last night and i seen my DKJR Score would be 15th in the world ! If i was able too record a game and send them a video. Just wondering how everyone does it ? Where they got theres that they record from?

What are the prices on these kind of things these days?

Set the camcorder on a tripod beside you, zoomed in on the screen.

Best to get something like a 60 gig hard drive camera...something like a JVC EVERIO, you should be able to pick one of them up for under $300.

Have a look at the "how to record a submission FAQ" at TG...there's more to it than just recording the game and sending in the tape.

I have a camera connected to a little TV/VCR combo. The video is recorded onto VHS. Low tech I know, but it works and is what I had.

Yeah, definitely look at that FAQ. In addition to the gameplay itself, you'll also need to open up the cab and film the PCB and dipswitches (to show it's a proper PCB, and the dips are set properly). If it's a game with no dipswitches (many Williams, Atari System 1, etc) you'll need to go into the setup menu and show the settings there.
