It works great except the records seem to play a little slow. Is there an adjustment to speed up the record play a little? I did purchase a manual online however I did not seem to find this issue.

The turntable drive surfaces may be dirty. The turntable motor mounting grommets may be shot/compressed. The turntable motor may need oiling (top bearing AND bottom bearing).
