So sad. I've seen this happen so many times on multiple message boards. I remember seeing the interest thread months ago and lost track of it until just the other day. These types of deals and pre-sales when the poster isn't the seller rarely go well. Unless it's a Flynn's T-shirt ;) I hope everyone gets their money back and this idiot didn't give the money to the shop ahead of time...which it sounds like he did.

Being one of the "victims" of this elaborate and convoluted scheme, I really appreciate you taking the time to address this in one of your Saturday morning shows. The Tron sound effects, music and commercial were all a nice touch as well. Great job!

Sad. sad. sad.

I never even saw the thread.

Nice way to round-up 20 pages of BS. :)

Rich's Saturday cartoons have turned into the KLOV News for sure.

That sucks... I totally missed that as well. Just a thought... if anyone's still interested in the neons, this looks like a pretty good deal: http://www.brightneonsigns.com/custom-neon-sculptures.html , since there's apparently quite a few people interested. I know it's not as big as the others, but at ~$30, I can't imagine there'd be much trouble finding 52 buyers (I'd buy one). With a 4-6 week lead time though, it won't be in before the movie :p .

hey thanks all, glad you liked it!

to last post yeah I saw that one did a little checking of my own on pricing
for neons, custom work, lead times, etc. to help make sense out of all that.
and was suprized that wasnt brought up before.
especailly with the retail price listed @$49 still a pretty good deal fro someone
to do and still make a little extra $$ for their efforts.

not to mention this one includes a base and wouldve been more like the prop in the movie.

You know, when you think about it, it's kind of amazing that they even bothered to have that little neon sign (much less the huge animated sign) made for the original Tron movie. Having something like that made as a one-off piece for such a small part of the movie is really getting detailed. They spent so much effort on the animated and computerized portions of the first film, it is kind of surprising to me that they made those signs...

HAHA! Thanks again Rich. For the weekend entertainment. I cant believe I missed that thread the first time around. Thanks for the summary.

I do remember Jason trying to make good on the Spy Hunter art and other assorted dealings with locals. It is unfortunate that a dark cloud seems to follow this person around.

That DOT translite background is making me very jealous!

Good job...

hahaha... good job. I hope JasonD11 watches this.

I thought he did make good on the SH sideart.

As you said, a dark cloud seems to follow him around. I have to say, this doesn't look good.
