I want a power switch that I can easily get to for my Centipede. It's already plugged into a APC voltage regular along with a Defender and a couple other things. I'd like to have a tiny power switch on the ground next to the machine that I can plug the machine into so that I can turn it off and on by itself without having a bulky powerstrip. Any recommendations? Basically a single outlet power strip would be fine. :) Or better yet, something like a powerstrip with two outlets with a switch for each would be fine.

What do you guys use for this sort of thing? Google is failing me.

I use 2 standard single-row power strips with 8 outlets each I believe. One controls my pins, the other controls all the vids. If you have it tucked into a farter off corner, it doesnt look bad. Although the way I have my games power grid set up is kinda haphazard, see for yourself in the video in my signature below.

Love your machines! I'm especially jealous of the Pac-Man.

Thanks :) The Pac Man is actually quite beat up. I will most likely be converting it into a multicade so I can sell my Galaxian and resist the urge to buy more games ;)

Pac-Man is pretty darn high on my list of machines to get. . that's the biggest reason why I'm jealous. :)

How do you find the multicade boards? Some of them seem to feel as latent with audio and reaction to input as running Mame on Windows. What's your experience been like?

I'm Just in the middle of adding onto my house for the Game room / Arcade and I had my electrician install a dedicated 100 AMP box with 8 circuits on it. Each circuit control an outlet. I can flip a switch that looks like a light switch on the wall and it turns on all the games at once.

Nixs and avidcollect sell them for a great price. Personally, I have no problem with the gameplay on these multiboards so long as you have controls that do the game justice. 8-way Happ joysticks are garbage for classic games. The only small complaint I have is a few of the sounds arent the best. For example, Donkey Kong sounds rather 'tinny' and the death sound on Dig Dug is clipped at the higher note. Nothing I really care about though. I like the overall quality of the board.
