I was downtown the other day and saw (and played) a Space Invaders cab at a local barbershop. That got me to thinking, where have the classics been seen lately by fellow Klovers?

So in the spirit of this thread, list what title and how recently you've seen or played any pre 1985 cabs out in "the wild"

Wednesday 28 October Salon Z Richmond VA : Space Invaders upright, Bally cabinet

There's a pretty nice Ms. Pac in a local dirty spoon type diner called "Country Boys" near my house. I've rolled plenty of quarters through its slots...

The Red Banjo on Historic Main Street in Park City, Utah has a 7/10 Defender on the lower level set for 25 cents per play. Also a Whirlwind pin and a skill crane. Also, good hot wings and pizza. Try the Empress.

/pizzas are named after old Park City mines and such.

Earlier this week I walked into lenny's pizza for the first time in almost 20 years, they still have a dkjr ct and ms pac man. way back when (1990) I happily played the dkjr for almost an hour while my friend unsuccessfully tried to pick up a chick who was working there.

the jr wasn't working. next week when I have some time I will see If the owner will sell that nonworking piece of junk to me. or see if I can figure out what the problem is and fix it for him.

Myrtle beach arcade along the beach has about 25+ old wood rail pitch and bat machines best part of the whole trip. Crappy junk store in gatlinburg area had a partially working pacmania.

The South Point Marketplace flea market in Columbus has a decent collection of classics.

The most surprising titles are Satan's Hollow and Congo Bongo. They also have Galaga, Millipede, Mr. Do, Ms.PacMan, and Joust, although these last two aren't working at the moment.

Kyle

Let's see...

Ms. Pac in pretty decent shape at a nearby DoubleDaves in Spring, TX...

Nearby Go Kart place in Houston off HW 249 has several classics... Gyruss works well... working Mario Brothers... Ms Pac with a TwoBits board? Have a nice Crazy Taxi too (yeah, I know, not a classic). They also have a handful of non-working classics. They mentioned that another of their locations had a Spy Hunter cockpit and I'm going to definitely have to check that one out. :)
