Real Tron Light Cycle

I wonder how fast, and how funky it is to control?

The reason you see it inchworming along on completely smooth pavement is because thats what its safely capable of. The blaring background music hides that fact that it also sounds like a bucket full of rocks falling down stairs.

It is electric, chain driven, so it shouldn't be too loud. But I am sure it is a rough ride. I would much prefer the original Tron light cycle design. The lack of suspension seems to be the real problem with the design.

well thats cool,in the film the bikes are computer generated, obviously cos its in computer world (lol) and then there is this which is anything but what they have in the movie,i think i am going to get my lawnmower (which i dont actualy have cos i am 7 floors up lol) and shove some leds on it and call it a tron lawnmower, well they never had them in the movie either.
:p

I heard some funky noises in the original vid as well. Very cool project, but I'm guessing 10 MPH tops. Riding position didn't look too comfortable as well. I'd love to see it in person though.

This probably handles better than the Tron bike:

That Dodge is hot, Magnum V10 right?

it's actually the old 500HP Viper SRT-10 engine. they should swap it with the newer 600HP model :D

EDIT: I guess they're considered modded magnum? dont know lol

Awesome, electric, looks like it has no suspension.

Suspension is less important when battling on the grid. That's why they couldn't chase Quorra in her quad and get to Kevin Flynn's apartment...hello people...it's all in the details. lol
