For sale - real 3 foot tall traffic lights like you see at intersections, they seem to light up fine though I don't think they have the circuits to cycle between colors and overall seem in decent shape.

My cousin has like 5 of them so I thought I'd post them here as they might make interesting game room decorations, I think he's looking to get something like $300 apiece for them. He's located in North Attleboro Massachusetts, I don't know if he'll ship or not. He also is getting some church pews too that he'll be selling but I don't know any details about them.

Gremlins included?

Since this is pretty much my industry, I'll chime in -

Depending on material (poly, aluminum), you can get brand new ones from manufacturers for between $150 - $275 a piece, for a 12" light, 3 section. Shipping would be VERY EXPENSIVE because of their size. (three lights, 12" in diameter? You're lookin' at it being at least 40" long and 13" wide..)

Unless they had an aftermarket sequencer installed - they are available - there is nothing in them to make them 'cycle'. Out on the roads, the things that make them cycle are in those large traffic cabinets at intersections.

Each light runs off of 115v - no 'conversion' needed. Newer ones have LEDs, which are super eye-numbingly bright at close range. Older ones have light bulbs, and you can put in lower-wattage bulbs to make them not blind everyone. (Bulb ones - incandescent models - are no longer made new, and use standard edison-base bulbs.)

Incandescent models can be converted to LED, LED models can be converted back to incandescent, if you have the parts. LEDs come in different makes and models, including with arrows, etc. Incandescent lenses also have arrows available, and they can be easily switched out.

(There are, always, exceptions to the above - i.e. 3M or "programmable visibility" signals are a major step up.)

These are aluminum and I think have LEDs installed, don't know a whole lot about them beyond that. What do you think would be a reasonable price for them given they're maybe between 6 to 8 out of 10 physical condition, or for that matter if they were repainted and had sequencers installed? Somebody once had told him they went for like $400 apiece, but that doesn't mean they knew what they were talking about.

Without the controller, you could likely get $150 for them, likely. Repainting them could decrease value, since folks (and companies like restaurants) want then with "patina" (I.e. Road dirt).. The sequencer could add $100 to that.

Now, some CAN go for that much - but usually they're the older antique ones. I have an exposed neon tube "walk / don't walk" signal from LA from the 50's, and it could easily sell for $500. (I love neon, so that's why I have it in my collection.)

I wouldn't mind seeing a pic when you can, be curious to see it now.

I have traffic light in my game room, just add a sequencer like this one and your all ready to go. Super easy to install.

That's what I have in mine. I do have one complaint with it, the screw terminals for the wiring are way too small. I had to basically snip some strands off of each stripped wire end to make it all fit. Not ideal, but it's been working for a year now without issue. It is a nice unit otherwise especially for the price.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the small sequencer boards.

I have a full controller in my basement, with detection and pedestrian inputs all wired up. (Again, it's related to my work, so..)

In fact, with my influx of games, I need to find a better way to organize it all. :(

Ok here are some pics, I didn't measure them but I think they're something like 3 feet tall. He has 5 but I think he wants to keep one, as far as price goes you'll have to work it out with him but he doesn't expect to get rich off of them, PM me if you want his contact info.
