Hi;
I am working on a Reactor project and the manual shows the speakers as "200 Ohm 2 Watts each". Is this correct?
I am used to seeing 2,4,8 and even 16 Ohm but 200.........
Is this a typo?
Thanks in advance
Jeff

i would put a 200ohm to prevent that damn amp on the sound board from cooking.. :)

here is a reactor speaker

A solid state amp won't run into 200 ohms.....its a typo. 4-8 ohms is fine.

Anything higher than 16 ohms is usually balanced transformer coupled.

Hey;
I thought that sounded a little strange for a classic arcade video game......

Excellent, I will go with a pair of the standard 8 Ohm, (as in the pic).

Thank you again for taking the time to help me out, much appreciated.
Jeff
