He probably hasn't looked at this joke of a thread in awhile. And not that I condone this position, but why would he be in a hurry to ship it back, when it took 2 months to get a refund? (or whatever it was)

Why are you so defensive over Dek? Alex did his part and it should not take this long to get a board back even with the 1 day we had with no mail. It has nothing to do with getting a "junk" board back...it's the principal of the whole thing. Dek will you just send the damn thing back? If you are out of town or something fine but you should at least give Alex an update being he has not heard from you.

Dek: We all know you've were on KLOV yesterday, and posted multiple times between the time you got a refund and the time Jumbo complained about not getting his board back yet. If you've got time to surf KLOV, you've got time to communicate with Alex. We supported you when Alex was wrong, and we will support him if you don't do what's right.
 
It is pretty nuts that Dek has not responded to any of this or sent Alex any PM with a tracking number or info or anything.

I am not trying to stir up trouble, but I am happy to see some folks ask for communication and the board to be shipped back.

The board is most certainly not "junk" and still has value in the hard drive, cables and overall board set (that is why I thought it was so weird that Dek did not accept Alex's offer to just keep it and have him refund a portion). There were a few bent pins in the pic, but definitely far from something that is worthless or "junk".

Dek needs to send Alex a PM and let him know that he has either sent the board or identify when he plans to and why he has not yet. As others have said, it is the right thing to do.
 
I PM'd Dek a couple of days ago and got no response. He's lurking here (Last on yesterday @8am), but has made no posts since the 29th.

Dek, what's your deal? A dozen people came to your aid when you get a raw deal, Alex ponies up for a full refund, and then you pull a bonehead move like this?!?

Dek, it's been almost a month since you got your refund. Everyone here is watching your lurk (Last Activity: Today 08:25 PM). It's time to man up and do the right thing....

Still nothing from DEK will his 90% luck on untested pcb and others stuff still stay stand If the board's that he gets dose not work he just gets a refund I asked pay pal in the past dose this pay pal user get a lot of refunds and they said yes so there it is very good DEK your 90% still stand even at the same time you ripped me off and made me look bad on klov. I have not got my board or marquee back nothing its been well over 30 day from the date I gave full refund I need some help with this, 90% of my untested stuff I get works. man this jack off need's to be dealt with. please write and reply

While I doubt nobody thinks that you not getting your board back is acceptable, most of us probably find it fitting and funny that it is taking so long.

Or maybe just I do. lol

for the record I think you deserve your board back.

Why the hell would you support this kind of bullshit? Dek was so worried about screwing his rep on here...well I think he has done that successfully on his own because I wouldn't sell him shit! Why would anybody want to give shit away and pay shipping, I'd rather just toss it in the garbage. Maybe Tronguy is Dek?? :cool:

Hey Tron Guy, didn't you sell Alex a control panel claiming it would fit on a "PacMan" and it did not?? It all makes sense why you would support Deks behavior.

Dek has a big fan club on here even when he's wrong his fan club say's he right I guess this klover just gets free stuff on here from people with the back of his fan club.
