Got a refund today from Alex for the 55. I will be shipping the board back to him.
 
IMO fixing the feedback is not a part of the deal, unless you guys both explicitly agreed to it beforehand. He had a negative experience with you, and even though you eventually decided to give a full refund, that doesn't change the negative experience he had. This deal still sucked for both parties, even if it was resolved in the end.

Now, if he explicitly said he'd fix the feedback if you gave him a refund, then that's another story.

...GOOD LUCK. It has nothing to do with Dek and everything to do with the Admins here. They make the decisions. I've been trying to get a retaliatory feedback removed from my file for about 10 months now... it ain't gunna happen. I even heard the guy who gave it actually requested it be removed... to no avail (though I admit that I heard this part 2nd hand). Hell, the guy who gave it and I have "patched" things up and still the feedback remains.

So... perhaps Dek has requested the feedback be removed... perhaps he hasn't... but bottom line is it's not his call.

Any negative feedback regardless of how it is should never be fixed by admins. Now if joe schoe comes in, makes account and starts neg certain people without reason then yea but if a transaction exist, there is reason for negative.

Dek, you got the support of this group because it was what's fair and right. Unless you want to see the other side of that coin it's time for you to keep your end of the bargain.

I don't agree. Blatant retaliatory feedback which includes blatantly false information should be purged.
 
18 days now and Alex still did not get his boards back.....

He refunded the 23rd, you can assume the very earliest he could ship was the 24th. Wasn't there a holiday in there?
It's not 18 days. Why is he in a hurry to get garbage back anyway?

Dek, a lot of people backed you on this. You at the _very least_ owe jumbo an update.

He probably hasn't looked at this joke of a thread in awhile. And not that I condone this position, but why would he be in a hurry to ship it back, when it took 2 months to get a refund? (or whatever it was)
