...GOOD LUCK. It has nothing to do with Dek and everything to do with the Admins here. They make the decisions. I've been trying to get a retaliatory feedback removed from my file for about 10 months now... it ain't gunna happen. I even heard the guy who gave it actually requested it be removed... to no avail (though I admit that I heard this part 2nd hand). Hell, the guy who gave it and I have "patched" things up and still the feedback remains.
So... perhaps Dek has requested the feedback be removed... perhaps he hasn't... but bottom line is it's not his call.
Fully refund Dek have not got no PM or my board back, nothing I will wait and see.
Dek, you got the support of this group because it was what's fair and right. Unless you want to see the other side of that coin it's time for you to keep your end of the bargain.

Any negative feedback regardless of how it is should never be fixed by admins. Now if joe schoe comes in, makes account and starts neg certain people without reason then yea but if a transaction exist, there is reason for negative.

...And not that I condone this position, but why would he be in a hurry to ship it back, when it took 2 months to get a refund? (or whatever it was)
Because it's the right thing to do.
