Raster lines on K7000 19in w P448 neck board

I just married a rebuilt K7000 with a rebuilt P448 neck board and am seeing thick raster lines as shown in the pic. Adjusting the flyback makes no difference in the lines. Any troubleshooting suggestions would be appreciated.

Adjusting the pot via micro movements got rid of the lines, but then half the screen was on one side and half on the other. Stupid me was feeding the +sync signals to it instead of negative. Now I have a good image but I need to flip the yoke wires as it is upside down.

I read the first sentence and thought "sync polarity". and then you redeemed yourself. LOL
