That's an incredible find and history lesson; thank you! The only thing that remains a mystery is what game(s) were these usually loaded with? It's not clear on the website from what I read through. It's a brilliant and versatile interchangeable design, surely there's some record of what games it was typically used for.
Their own website does not list any games and Italy was a haven for bootlegs. I'd argue that a conservative number of around 90% of their arcade titles were bootlegs. Even some of their more 'original' games were basically blatant copies of other titles remade on cheaper, dumbed down hardware.
https://www.tilt.it/ is a great resource similar to KLOV for the Italian region. They also host the Italian Coin-Op Video Games Zone website which has a lot of information on Italian coin-op games of the era.
