Very nice! I have a bunch of NOS artwork for that game. Not the same size on the cpo but certainly the same art. I have a marquee and bezel too. Thought it was all bootleg stuff so it is weird to see similar art on this cab. Are you sure its a dedicated machine?
 
The harness looks factory...and the [power distribution box on the bottom was factory made for sure....and the overlay and monitor bezel were made to order...of course, the "factory" could have been a 1500 sq ft warehouse somewhere and they made 5 dozen of them and then closed...who knows!
 
Very interesting. If anyone knows cabarets it would be you, so...

Looks like it fun Pac Man variant - colorful graphics, solid animation, and familiar sounds!

Does your caterpillar turn into a butterfly during intermissions, or is it an advertised "change" during actual gameplay?
