Just wanted to get some opinions from Klov'ers who have used Rapid Tac for install of artwork.
Thanks for any feedback!

I use it every time for artwork installs and it works great. It really takes the stress out of installing the artwork and worrying about not getting it lined up right. The only issue I ever had with it is using it over unpainted wood putty. The water in the Rapid Tac caused the wood putty to liquefy and when I tried to squeegee out the Rapid Tac, I smeared the wood putty all around under the artwork. Stupid mistake on my part.

I know people claim that it weakens the adhesive but I haven't had a problem with it. I used it to install some CPO around five years ago and I haven't seen any signs of weak adhesion.

It is pretty good. I have been installing vinyl for 10 years now and I find mild soapy water works just as well.

I think it's best for smaller pieces. DK or Tron sideart would be good. I think larger pieces like full sides of vinyl, or large art like Atari System 1 or 2, you see little benefit. The art tends to dry out before you can get it down and if you miss getting one small part wet, it's messed up. I've done enough dry installs that I prefer that better, but I also couldn't have done parts like the front sections of Paperboy's black vinyl without Rapid Tac. I just wish there were more options for buying it.
