So roughly three weeks ago, a nice older woman and a kid came into the arcade and asked if they could shoot some video for a school project. We said sure, they went outside and came back in with their equipment....and another guy. Seemed odd but didn't really think anything of it. Flash forward to last night when a friend of mine who knows a local cop sent me a link to what I now know is what they were actually there filming. Turns out this guy is a known local gang member who is about to be put away for felony firearm possession. My friend's cop buddy monitors local gang media and activity, saw the video and sent it to my friend who sent it to me. I just got blindsided by this and I still don't know what to think. Crazy. It was shot while we were open. No patrons at the time said anything or complained at all, which I find even more odd. So if you're interested, here's the video.
