Total B tier game but having an arcade light gun game running at home without having to deal with a supergun, atomiswave mobo and the cart/guns is legit awesome in it's own right

I own this game on the Atomiswave (it's on my multi shooter showcase cabinet)...

The game isn't nearly as hard as described. I suspect the difficulty may have to do with the gun being used? This game is designed for the shotgun guns... with hand cocking.

I find the game to be a bit... simplistic and overly simple to be 100% honest (again, using the shotgun)... which is why I strongly feel the experience is vastly different between what you experienced (I assume that's your channel?) and what you would experience using an Atomiswave + shotgun.

EDIT: Oh, and you were correct in explaining the title as a B title. It is that... but it's not terrible by any stretch (Sharp Shooter I am looking at you).

in the arcade version there is a setting to adjust how dark it is, which makes it harder in the later levels because you can't see what's going on as good!

I have this game but only played through the first level then put in Sports Shooting USA.

Then I realized that swapping games loses high scores so I haven't put Ranger Mission back in because I don't want to lose my Sports Shooting high scores.

I may wait until I find another Atomiswave cheap before I play it again.

I have the arcade and I find it moderately difficult, and I have the sports shooting USA guns. The mission where you have to shoot the rockets gives me trouble. I also have sports shooting USA and I think it's more challenging then Ranger mission.
