What's opinion on value? Not sure if it works yet.

Our opinion on value is really irrelevant. Do you have a hot pinball market in your region? Are you confident in your tech skills and patience to troubleshoot, and fix it if needed? Are you willing to take apart each reel if someone lubed them? Are you willing to do cabinet repairs if needed? A fast google search puts a selling price on this title anywhere from $450 to $3500 (and no not Banning).

Pick a price you are happy with, offer it. If it doesnt happen, you can walk away saying you gave a fair try.

They asked $200 for it. I have never messed with pinball machines, so it would all be new to me.

At $200 you will never get hurt on it. Lots would have had it loaded already. Working or not, it has a few purposes. Could be restored, could be a parts machine to keep something more cosmetically pleasing going. Could do a few other things, but I wont go into detail here.

A $200 winter project to go through cleaning points, learning how the reels and such work, is cheap in my mind. If it takes you 4 months, thats only $50 for entertainment and keeping you out of other trouble.
