I suppose it depends on the quality of scans, but if it were high enough 600 dpi scan, we wouldn't really need it vectorized would we? I mean, that IS a lot of grass. It would take a whole summer!

I guess i wasn't clear. I have the entire CPO scanned.
It is being restored to be reprinted.
All i need is the bottom corner scanned or even a good high rez picture of the sign area would work.

You where clear but I have an NOS one that I'm going to get scanned as well. It doesn't have ground in dirt and damage that will diminish the final picture quality. No matter what you do with a scanned 27 year old CPO it still wont look as nice as one that is scanned from an NOS one. Not that I'm putting your work down it just seems easier to start from the cleanest begging scan possible.
I'm looking forward to your Midnight Marauders work, my cabinet needs the art desperately. Probably 10,000 X's harder to get that art than Rampage.

Obviously I use NOS when i can but NOBODY has stepped up and provided this for me to work with. So i scan my own games and improvise. It's extremely EASY to scan a NOS CPO if you know what you are doing and have the right equipment. Like 15 minutes. This way (pieced together) is waaaaaaay harder and is considerably more work. I am working on 20 projects right now and don't have unlimited time to wait for stuff to magically show up. And NOS doesn't guarantee quality either, I have worked on tons of NOS pieces that have many, many problems.

ANDY, so nice of you to show up. Did you sell all your crappy Rampage CPOs to unsuspecting suckers? The one guy who had the perfect file and STILL managed to screw it up. Don't feel bad though, you did the best you could with your artistic ability:

Nice one fizgig for doing this. Been searching for ages for a new rampage cpo. Count me in for one when you repro them!
Fizgig i'd get you a pic of that area of mine if it was't crap. Someone cut the outer 2-3 inches off of mine with a razor blade.
