so what's the moral of the story here? that 100% of all scammers can keep on scamming indefinitely and never be caught or busted legally?

seems to be true. the facts:
  • ram controls never been convicted of any scam/crime/theft
  • steve salmon (steven501) has never been convicted of any scam/crime/theft
  • joe rosen (windsoreight) has never been convicted of any scam/crime/theft
  • charles/chuck fitch (michigan classicarcade) has never been convicted of any scam/crime/theft
Sadly the moral is dickheads like these folks won't stop until someone they screw over puts them in the trunk of their own car.
