Anyone here watch "Raising Hope", the sitcom on Fox? There are two arcade games and two pinball machines in the grocery store on the show. Can't make out what they are, but I bet someone here knows. I'm thinking they might be Williams pins because I thought I saw yellow and red graphics on the side of the cabinet. One game might be an Asteroids, not sure. Sorry couldn't find any pics.

OK, this might help. Sorry for the super low quality of the pic, I just took a snap of my TV. Couldn't get one with the second video game in it. The video looks like it has a joystick, so it must not be Asteroids.

the pins are fire power and pinbot. the vid looks like astiroids deluxe but its to blurry to tell for sure.

The vid seems to have Sega chrome colored t-molding and almost looks like a Virtua fighter cab?

Good eyes fellas!

I think I see two white buttons in the center of the CP; maybe the player start buttons?

VF does use white buttons for start. I think Gozer is nailing it.

...and I definitely know a Firepower when I see one. :)

You guys are amazing! Doubt I could have figured it out myself. I always get a kick out of seeing those games on the show and have been wondering what they are since the first time they appeared. If I ever get a pic of that second vid I'll post it up here. It's hardly every shown though because it's all the way in the corner.

thanks for the pic. i had a hard time telling what it was when the show was on, they cut away from the machines pretty quick.

I saw these (they are on more than one episode)...

The pins are definitely Firepower and Pinbot... The video closest to the pins is absolutely a Virtua Fighter cabinet... didn't look like original art from VF1/2 and I think it might have had a small sticker on the side. Probably just a conversion of some sort.

"Prop guys... bring in a handful of older, crappy pinball and video games that you would find in a grocery store with paneling on the walls..."

LOL, I bet people on the set play them when they're not filming there. At least I would anyway!..."FIRE-POWER!"

Darn, I missed getting in this post early :(

Firepower is an awesome machine. I would not have gotten the video, but definately Firepower, LOL. At first I thought the PinBot was a Big Guns, but in looking again, it is a pinbpot for sure.

You guys are good!

yea, saw them.

Raising Hope is one of those shows that I thought was super stupid at first, but it really grows on you if you give it a chance.

ALSO, every time I see the dad, I think if the Terminator: Sarah Connors chronicle, when he was a terminator!
