I boot up my HD game and the screen acts all crazy. When I go into the test mod everything boots as should but then tells me that I have a "Board Error XRAM XROM Asic-61 Asic-65. Any help would be great.

Anyone? I still can't figure it out and I would replace the boards, but people are asking Ebay prices for them.

Sounds like DSK board errors. (http://www.jmargolin.com/schem/dsk600.pdf)
The DSK board is the Driver Speed Kit.

ASIC61 is AT&T DSP32C Floating Point DSP that handles (with it's ROM and RAM) the Car Model (Physics).

ASIC65 is a TMS320P15 single-chip DSP, used for security/antipiracy.

If it's throwing RAM/ROM errors, start looking at the DSK board.
