We had my son's volleyball team over for a carb loading party for their tournament tomorrow (lots of pasta and bread, yum) so the arcade was in full "company mode". Figured I might as well get a video of it while it's looking clean. Hope you like it.

Nice Gameroom! Love to have a skeeball in mine but no room for one BTW what kind if laser light do you have pretty cool effect.

Wow, a very nice game room. Thanks for sharing.

Dude, $35 for a $250 laser light projector? Amazon rocks. I don't even have a real game room right now, but I'm wondering if I should just pick one up in case. :)

I'm almost ready to buy one right now. It looks sweet and just perfect for my room. Don't you think Jess?

Awesome man. Tron LE is going to look nice in there.

Ok - you just sold me on that strobe light kit and possibly EL wire. Thanks for impacting my wallet!

I really think that DKII cocktail and Asteroids are perfect additions. I'm glad they went to a good home, but wish I didn't have to sell them. Anyway your game room is pretty sweet, I'm jealous.

Great video and awesome selection of games. And I really like all the extras you have all over the room... it's like a '80s flashback in there. :)

:beerchug:

If I was you, I'd place the tron machine in the tron room.

By the way, your game room is awesome !

Looks great. Where did you get the long strips of EL lighting? I'm ware of some overseas but would prefer to get it here to avoid any hassle.

Tron pinball is going to look great with the posters and lighting effects.

I'm pretty jealous, that's super cool. Is it cost effective to have that much EL wire? How is it all wired up? I thought I read somewhere that it wears out over time, is that true?

why did your skeeball give you 50 points when you rolled a 20?

Lol. The 50 was already on the scoreboard when I rolled it. Thanks for the kind words, everyone. Yeah, I can't wait to get the Tron pin in that Tron room. I could have a total Tron room. Planning on moving the Tron in there once the pin arrives. You can also see why I'm trying to get a DOT in there too. I love collecting stuff so the rooms just keeps filling up with games, consoles, posters, figures, and whatever other 80's stuff I see that brings me back. The EL wire has been awesome. I have 3 strands of 20 yards each. I got them on eBay for like $35 shipped each (including the plug) from China. It runs really easy and it's only held up by clear tacks. I read that it wears out over time but it would take a couple of years of running full time to run down to half strength so I'm not too worried since it's only on for an hour or two here and there. I think I'm going to get rid of the crane. The kids liked it but it's a pain to keep working and it isn't a classic vid. I have a NEO GEO in the garage that needs a home too so the crane needs to go.
