Finally decided to get off my lazy butt and take a quick video of my current game room. It's not Lunacity, but it's home. :)

I would like to apologize for the "Stone in Love" song playing in the background. I had my iPod on random, and that's what I got. Don't get me wrong, I love Journey, and it's great in the Arcade, it just seems everyone uses that now when taping there game rooms. (Thanks MAME movie) Anyway, i present to you my Arcade. Please be gentle.....

Great gameroom...with class on design. Much like myself, I feel your pain on running out of room. Thats the worse when you have to sell something to make room for something......

very nice! are you done now or are you looking to get more? i have to post my game room now that i'm DONE!

Never! My house can hold around 12 games if need be. (wife would be less than thrilled but would understand) Also, there's already plans of adding on to the Game Room. That is one good part of doing it as a outbuilding, when you need more room you can add on. (of course the wife then gets upset that your taking over the yard)

wtf is an outbuilding? Qbert in an Arabian - whyyyyyyy

Cool little room though

A building that is built outside? ....Really, that's all I've got for ya.

As for the Qbert in Arabian, its running a Multi because Arabian is a such a terrible game. (Or at least I think so.) I've kept everything in tact, and just added a Jamma harness to the inside in case I feel I need to revert it back.

Love the game room. I like the atmosphere. Reminds me of walking into the old mall arcade. I personally would love an outbuilding, I'm reserved to one half of the garage.

It's funny you mentioned it looks like a mall arcade, because that's the look we were going for. Hopefully soon, we'll add on and be able to do some other cool stuff with it like black light carpet etc.

This reminds me of a gameroom (gamebuilding?) I saw pictures of a year or two ago. In the lobby area, did you used to have shallow shelves with console game (NES, etc) boxes out on display like a video rental store? I remember thinking that was a great idea, and the rest of the building and arcade area seemed to be the same layout seen in your video.

Great video and gameroom! Love it. It reminds me of an arcade you'd see tucked away in a movie theater. Perfect!

That was the one. The wife hated the video store look, so she made me change it to it's current look, which I guess turned out for the best. Good memory!

Nice gameroom :)

You get extra points for narrating, I hate when someone films their room and just shoves the camera in there, I like being told that you put a "nice comfy bench" in there....

Seems like your wife seems understanding though. Bet you are the envy of the neighborhood but I mean that in a good kind of way.
